Erin Wright
Chief People Officer
Erin Wright is the Chief People Officer. She joined the team in June 2018 and has focused on our People strategy. Erin spearheads our initiatives to create a fun, engaging environment where employees have the best possible tools, perks, and benefits.

Prior to joining Kinexus, Erin worked at Lakeland Health as the Manager of Recruitment & Onboarding. She was employed at Lakeland for 10 years and was responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for global recruitment of entry level, nursing, allied health and management candidates for the Heath System. In addition, she oversaw the development of business partnerships within the community, colleges, and universities.

Erin is a graduate of Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she studied Public Relations and Advertising and was a member of the Women’s Volleyball team. Erin is a SHRM certified professional.

Outside of the office, Erin stays busy being a mom to her three daughters. You can often spot Erin, her husband and daughters out around town – riding bikes, kayaking the Paw Paw River, paddle-boarding Lake Michigan or simply walking the many trails throughout southwest Michigan with their 2 dogs.
