Coleen Rossman
Chief Financial Officer

Coleen S. Rossman joined the team in 2023 as Chief Financial Officer at Kinexus Group. Ms. Rossman brings over 35 years of experience managing the accounting and financial reporting of financial institutions.  Prior to joining Kinexus Group, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Edgewater Bank and Edgewater Bancorp from 2012 to 2022, she was Senior Vice President and Controller at Colorado National Bank in Denver, Colorado from 2010 to 2012, Chief Financial Officer of Front Range Bank in Lakewood, Colorado from 2008 to 2010, and in various financial roles, including Affiliate Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Corporate Controller for Fifth Third Bank in Grand Rapids, Michigan and Tampa, Florida from 2000 to 2006.

 

Coleen also served in financial, risk management, and audit roles at First of America Bank in Kalamazoo, Michigan, PrimeBank in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Old State Bank of Fremont in Fremont, Michigan between 1982 and 1998. In addition, she has served on the board of directors of several non-profits.  Coleen holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Western Michigan University.

 

She enjoys traveling to the upper peninsula with her husband and her dog.
