Beth Kelly is a seasoned business leader with over 35 years of experience optimizing talent to drive business success. As the founder and President of HR Collaborative, she leads a community of HR experts that provide strategic talent development strategies and HR operational support.

Under her leadership, HR Collaborative has achieved remarkable growth, earning recognition as one of the fastest-growing firms in the country by Inc. 5000 and being honored as a Michigan 50 Companies to Watch. HR Collaborative has also been recognized for empowering women in the workforce, receiving the Women’s Resource Center’s prestigious Pillar Award.

Previously, Beth served as Chief Human Resource Officer at D&W Food Centers and played a pivotal role in its growth and development. She was also the first HR professional at Cascade Engineering and pioneered its progressive workforce development initiatives, contributing to its expansion and international ventures.
Beth's expertise extends to board roles and academia, where she has mentored future HR professionals and authored a book on small business HR success. She has also been regularly recognized as an influential leader in West Michigan, including Crain's Grand Rapids Business 50 Most Influential Women and 200 Most Influential Leaders.

Beth holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and a Master of Labor and Industrial Relations Degree from Michigan State University. She is deeply engaged in her community and actively participates in various leadership and advisory roles with non-profits and civic organizations.
