Reducing crime and recidivism requires working with partners on the many layers of support, education, and services necessary to guide at-risk or previously incarcerated individuals. We focus on transitioning these individuals back into the workforce so that they can seamlessly return to independent living.

Michigan’s Offender Success Program enhances public safety by reducing offender recidivism through an employment-focused plan of services and supervision, delivered through state and local collaboration. The plan is developed with each prisoner from the time of his or her entry into the prison system through parole and reintegration into the community focused around sustainable employment.
