Engagement Associate – Youth Solutions

The Engagement Associate supports critical organizational and programmatic activities related to external engagement and partnerships. This dynamic role will support event planning, partnership development/engagement, and alumni/volunteer relations to advance the organization’s mission.

Director of Development – Youth Solutions

Reporting to and in partnership with the Executive Director, the Director of Development will spearhead development efforts as Youth Solutions, Inc. and Jobs for Michigan’s Graduates continues to grow. A new position in the organization, the Director will have the opportunity to build the development function.

Program Design and Quality Manager – Youth Solutions

Reporting to and in partnership with the Director of Operations, the Program Design and Quality Manager’s primary responsibilities will center on curriculum and program design, implementation, and evaluation to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across the state of Michigan.

The Talent Enrollment Specialist is a key player for providing support to the talent team. They achieve this by applying connections between business looking to add talent and individuals that are looking for career opportunities.

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the corporate executive team by handling information requests and performing administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging meetings, travel, and procurement. Lead Consultant- Change Agents Consulting

The Lead Consultant establishes and oversees the Corporation’s new business initiatives, while leading already established practices and objectives that will drive positive change with our clients. The primary focus areas of this role are as follows: business development, networking, relationship building, and project management.

The Lead Consultant is expected to establish and support major initiatives central to Change Agents Consulting, Inc. in collaboration with the President.

JMG Specialist – Youth Solutions

The JMG Specialist is critical to this continued success. Integrated within a local high school, this full-time high-performing role provides dropout prevention services consisting of classroom instruction, mentoring, barrier removal, employability skills training, and postsecondary transition services. The role is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and instructing students deemed to have a high degree of difficulty of being promoted into the next grade level, achieving graduation, and/or making a successful transition from school to a career with advancement opportunities.
