Youth Talent Specialist

The Youth Talent Specialist will focus on activities related to the operation of the Workforce Investment and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth program and services. The successful Youth Talent Specialist will coach and mentor young adults, ages 16 to 24, as they work to achieve their academic and career goals.

Adult Education Instructor

Our long term outcomes for the Adult Education Instructor would be to become the expert in all math related curriculum by coordinating, planning and executing all instructions and tests. The instructor with also assist in instruction for reading, writing, science and social science to all adult education participants.

Bridge Academy Operations Manager

The Operations Manager plays an essential role in the success of the program. The full-time position will primarily focus on managing and coordinating day-to-day operations for the Bridge Academy. This includes leading an administrative team responsible for the logistical upkeep of all programmatic activities. In addition, this role will ensure seamless communication amongst all program units, program compliance, event coordination, and administrative functions. The Operations Manager position will report to the Director of Youth Services.

Bridge Academy Vocational Success Manager

The full-time position will primarily focus on developing and managing employer partnerships for the Bridge Academy. This includes leading a vocational team responsible for the removal of employment barriers and placing participants into employment. Additionally this role will ensure proper file upkeep, employment and career development, participant follow up, and data collection. The Vocational Success Manager position will report to the Director of Youth Services.

JMG Specialist, Berrien or Cass County – Youth Solutions 

The JMG Specialist is critical to this continued success. Integrated within a local high school, this full-time high-performing role provides dropout prevention services consisting of classroom instruction, mentoring, barrier removal, employability skills training, and postsecondary transition services.
