The Kinexus Academic/Vocational Services team offers services that eliminate barriers to employment while instilling workplace etiquette and industry specific expectations to participants.

Driver – Bridge Academy

Our long term outcomes for the Bridge Academy driver would be to transport all Bridge Academy trainees and provide maintenance to all Bridge Academy Vehicles. Also, this person would assist in making all trainees feel safe and welcomed within the environment when not operating a route.

Operations Coordinator- Youth Solutions

This high-performing role is an active and productive member of the Youth Solutions Operations team. The Operations Coordinator is a crucial support role to our operational success statewide. This full-time role supports the Operations Manager and is heavily focused on statewide event planning, training support, performance management, and organizational communications.

Kinexus Summer Interns

The internship program is a 12 week program starting at the end of May. Individuals will work on teams as well as individually on projects that stretch skills in new areas. Interns at Kinexus will be given the opportunity to learn and develop new skills throughout the summer with other interns. This is for college juniors and seniors.

Special Operations Coordinator- Youth Solutions

The Special Projects Coordinator will be critical in delivering on the success of this grant, in addition to supporting the larger Youth Solutions operations’ team. Program development, training support, performance management, communications, and event support are key components of this dynamic role. Additional features of the role include supporting the Director of Operations on a number of Youth Solutions projects and assignments.

The role is headquartered in Benton Harbor, MI and will require some statewide travel. This is a two-year, grant-funded position with potential to secure future funding.
